Harry C. Dorer Photograph Collection
The negatives were rehoused and reindexed c. 2013. An new index was created in Nov 2013 to 1000 items, but may be incomplete. There is also a card file index.
Four files of prints are housed in the Oversized cabinet.
Hazel Bliss Finlay Collection
This collection contains materials related to Miss Townsend's School, a private secondary school for girls in Newark. Included are copies of the Sphinx, the school's literary magazine, from 1908 and 1909. Also included are commencement programs and invitations (1906-1909), programs from school plays and recitals, and a booklet of songs written for the school by Frances Leavitt.
Hellenic Heritage Collection
This collection consists of photographs, certificates, passports, clippings, ephemera, and oral histories reflecting the Greek-American community of Newark, NJ during the 20th century.
Heller Glass Negatives
This collection contains glass negatives from the Heller Family of Caldwell, Esther and Frederick Heller and their four children: Robert Harold, Josephine Clifford, Catherine and Elizabeth. Most of the negatives are of the family, as well as some nature shots. Box 9 contains some text materials on the family.
Henry F. Mutschler Manuscript
Henry G. Francisco Papers
This collection was donated in three batches. The original donation, in August 2016, consists of papers related to the World War I military service of late Newark resident Henry G. Francisco. A later donation, in August 2017, contains genealogical information about the Francisco family. In March 2021, a third donation contained miscellaneous materials mostly related to Francisco's life after World War I.

Herman Cohen Collection
The Herman Cohen Collection is a collection containing textual and photographic material relating to Cohen’s Cohen’s time in the Newark Police Department. It includes correspondence, and clippings, as well as photographs, most being the contents of five scrapbooks.
